- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Commerce, or related field
- Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement (preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years in construction procurement
3. Quantity Surveyor / Contracts & Billing Engineer

- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Professional training in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
- Experience: 8+ years in quantity estimation, billing & contracts (building works)
