Position: Engineer in Planning & Billing (Quantity Surveying)

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years in managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities, and ensuring accurate billing in construction or civil engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates.
2. Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
3. Prepare and verify invoices and payment certificates.
4. Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers.
5. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress.
6. Maintain accurate records of all billing and financial transactions.
7. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
8. Provide support in construction cost estimation and project management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
