Project: Development of 4-lane Economic Corridor from Bowaichandi to Guskara-Katwa Road Section Km 89.814 to Km 133.000 of NH 116A (Package-3) under Hybrid Annuity Mode
I. Engineer, Foreman, and QC Roles
1. Engineer-I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE05)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 5 years or Diploma with 7 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in I-girder erection
- Responsibilities: Planning, coordinating, and supervising I-girder erection, alignment, placement, safety, and quality compliance
2. QC Engineer (Job Code: BGQC08)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 8+ years or Diploma with 10+ years
- Experience: Bridges, flyovers, viaducts in NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects
- Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations in segmental casting yard
3. Foreman-PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGQPCYF15)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Responsibilities: Supervising production of precast concrete segments in casting yard; ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
4. Foreman-Launching & Erection (Job Code: BGLF15)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in segmental erection
- Responsibilities: Supervising daily field activities for segment erection using launching girder or underslung methods
5. Foreman-I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE15)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
- Responsibilities: Supervising on-site I-girder erection, lifting operations, crew guidance, alignment, safety, and quality
II. Managerial Roles
1. Senior Manager (Job Code: BGSM15)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 15+ years or Diploma with 18+ years
- Experience: NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects, handling bridge/flyover/viaduct works
- Responsibility: Handling project section worth approx. ₹200 Cr
2. Manager-PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGPCYM10)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years or Diploma with 13+ years
- Experience: Managing segmental casting yard in NHAI/MORTH/PWD projects
- Responsibility: Planning, coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of casting yard operations
3. Manager-I-Girder Erection (Job Code: BGGE10)
- Qualification: BE Civil with 10+ years or Diploma with 13+ years
- Experience: Planning and supervising I-girder erection
- Responsibilities: Coordinating with logistics, engineering, safety, and crane teams
III. Additional Technical and Support Roles
1. Foreman-PCY (I-Girder Casting) (Job Code: BGGC15)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years (10 years relevant)
- Responsibility: Supervising I-girder casting yard operations, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
2. Supervisor-PCY (Segmental) (Job Code: BGPCYS07)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years (5 years relevant)
- Responsibility: Supervising daily operations in segmental casting yard
3. Hydraulic Operator (Job Code: BGH007)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Responsibility: Operating hydraulic jack tools and related tackle
4. Planning / QS Engineer (Job Code: BGPQS05)
- Qualification: BE Civil with NICMAR background and 5 years of experience
- Experience: Working with launching girders on bridges, flyovers, and viaducts
5. Safety Officer (Job Code: BGS007)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Responsibility: Safety management in road and structural projects
6. Surveyor (Job Code: BGSS10)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Responsibility: Surveying works in bridges, flyovers, and viaducts
7. Assistant Surveyor (Job Code: BGAS07)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Responsibility: Assisting in surveying for bridge, flyover, and viaduct projects
