1. Civil Engineers – Project Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Site Engineer: Minimum 4 years
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 7 years
- Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 10 years
- Deputy Project Manager: Minimum 12 years
2. Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineers
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 7 years
- Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 10 years
- Deputy Project Manager: Minimum 12 years
3. Planning Manager
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10 to 13 years
- Skills Required: Primavera, MS Project
- Experience in High-Rise Commercial Buildings is Mandatory
4. BBS Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in high-rise projects
- Responsibilities: Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation & Execution
5. Quality Control Engineer (QC)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in high-rise commercial buildings
6. IR Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate
- Skills Required: Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic understanding of Industrial Relations (IR)
