Open Positions:
1. AVP / VP – Project Execution
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 21–22 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Must be GMI / Sr. GM in current organisation OR Must have worked as Project Head for at least 5 years OR MIVAN experience mandatory
2. DGM / GM – Project Execution
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 17–18 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Must be DGMI / GM in current organisation OR Must be a project head for atleast 3 yrs, MIVAN
3. GM – Quality
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 18 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Must have worked as Quality Head for at least 4 years OR MIVAN experience mandatory OR Must be DGMI / GM in current organisation
4. DGM – EHS
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Safety
- Experience: 16 years in EHS + minimum 4 years as EHS Head for multiple projects
- Criteria: NEBOSH / IOSH mandatory
5. Managers – Project Execution (MIVAN)
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 13–15 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: MIVAN experience mandatory OR Minimum 3 years as Project Manager in high-rise commercial
6. Civil Engineer (MIVAN)
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 4–8 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Minimum 3 years in high-rise commercials OR MIVAN experience required
7. Planning Engineers
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 5–10 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Experience as Planning Engineer OR Primavera / MS Projects skills
8. Quality Engineers
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 5–10 years in high-rise commercial buildings
- Criteria: Experience as Quality Engineer
9. BBS / Billing / QS Engineers
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 5–10 years in high-rise commercial buildings
10. Safety Officers
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Safety
- Experience: 4–10 years in EHS for high-rise buildings
- Criteria: NEBOSH / IOSH required
11. Supervisor / Foreman – Project Execution (MIVAN)
- Education: 12th
- Experience: 4–10 years in high-rise buildings
- Criteria: MIVAN experience mandatory
12. Supervisor / Foreman – Steel & Shuttering
- Education: 12th
- Experience: 4–10 years in steel / shuttering supervision for high-rise buildings
