1. DGM / GM / AVP / VP – Project Execution
Location: Bangalore & Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 17 / 18 / 20 / 22 years
- Domain: High-Rise Commercial Buildings (Execution only)
- Minimum 3 / 5 / 7 years as Project Head
- Mivan construction experience is mandatory
- Candidate must be in the same designation or one level below in current organization
2. AGM – Planning
Location: Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 15–16 years
- Planning experience in High-Rise Commercial Buildings
- Mandatory tools: MS Project & Primavera
3. AGM – Quantity Surveying (QS)
Location: Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 15–16 years
- Strong experience in QS & Billing for High-Rise Commercial Buildings
4. Engineer – Quality
Location: Bangalore & Chennai
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil
- Experience: 4–16 years
- Experience as Quality Engineer in High-Rise Commercial Buildings

1. Who can apply for these roles?
Only Civil Engineers with execution experience in high-rise commercial buildings can apply.
2. Are candidates from real estate developers or PMC eligible?
No. Candidates from Developers, Infrastructure companies, and PMC roles are not eligible.
3. Is Mivan experience compulsory for all roles?
Mivan experience is mandatory only for Project Execution roles (DGM/GM/AVP/VP).
4. Are diploma holders eligible?
No. BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory for all positions.
5. Can candidates apply if they are more than one level down in designation?
No. Candidates must be in the same role or one level down in their current organization.
6. Are these site-based or corporate office roles?
These are project/site-based execution roles.
7. Is knowledge of planning software mandatory?
Yes. For AGM – Planning, MS Project and Primavera are mandatory.
