Experience Required
- 5 – 12 Years of relevant experience
Candidates with experience in construction projects, engineering execution, safety management, QA/QC inspection, MEP works, horticulture, irrigation systems, or project coordination will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Execution
- Manage project execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project managers
- Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards
QA/QC & Technical
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project quality requirements
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical approvals
HSE & Safety
- Implement safety policies and site safety procedures
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Coordination & Planning
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare technical reports and progress updates
