- Qualification: CA (Final)
- Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Finalization of accounts and cash flow management
- Tax compliance, tax planning, and regulatory knowledge
- Audit coordination and litigation support
- Cost control strategies and ERP systems (Tally)
- Banking relations, fund raising, and risk management
- Treasury operations and financial forecasting
2. Accountant / Senior Accountant
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and tax preparation
- Audit assistance and compliance management
- Internal controls and preparation of financial statements
- Posting journal entries and updating ledgers
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and reconciliation
3. Company Secretary
- Qualification: CS (Final)
- Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and execution of agreements, contracts, and resolutions
- Filing documents with Registrar of Companies (ROC)
