Key Requirements
If you have experience in: Tall complex residential and commercial projects, hotels, retail, airport terminals — from concept design to construction — this opportunity is for you!
Structures:
- Strong understanding of structural behaviour
- Experience with long-span steel structures, complex roofs, tall buildings
- Expertise in IS, ACI, Eurocode & other international codes
- Proficient in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP, REVIT, AutoCAD
- Minimum Qualification: ME / M.Tech
- Kindly carry a scientific calculator
MEP:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant discipline
- Good understanding of HVAC, PHE, FPS, and building environment system design
- Expertise in ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, IPC, NFPA, IEC
- Knowledge of REVIT, IES, Hevacomp
