• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5 – 15 Years in High-Rise / Super High-Rise Building Projects
• PG from NICMAR will be an added advantage
• Must be well versed with Primavera / MSP
Key Responsibilities
• Project monitoring and scheduling
• Manpower and resource planning
• Budget preparation and cash flow reporting
2. Engineer / Senior Engineer / Manager – BBS
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 4 – 10 Years in High-Rise / Super High-Rise Building Projects
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
• Checking steel at site as per approved BBS
• Incorporating design changes during project execution
3. Engineer to Manager – QS & Billing
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5 – 20 Years in High-Rise / Super High-Rise Projects
• Experience in quantity surveying, billing, and BOQ management
4. Senior Engineer / Manager – Plant & Machinery
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8 – 15 Years in construction equipment and machinery management
