- Engineers: Field-based work (Electrical Pole Erection & Commissioning) — involves regular interaction with the public.
- Stores Executives: Handling materials in open-field environments.

Training & Salary
- 1 Week In-house Training
- Followed by 45 days On-the-Job Training
- Stipend during Training: ₹ 10,000
- After Successful Training: Regular Employment with Min. Gross Salary ₹16,500
