- Degree/Diploma in B.Arch
- Translate client needs into architectural concepts
- Coordinate with MEP consultants for service layouts
2. Plumbing Engineer (0 to 3 Years)
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Design water supply, drainage, and vent systems
- Prepare BOQ and coordinate with project teams
3. Graphic Designer (0 to 3 Years)
- Develop creative visual concepts
- Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Align designs with brand guidelines
4. Alignment Design Engineer (0 to 3 Years)
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Design railway alignments using Autodesk 3D Civil/Bentley Rail Track
- Prepare detailed CAD plans following safety standards
5. Railway Draftsman (0 to 3 Years)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Create 2D/3D technical drawings for railway projects
- Collaborate with engineers and surveyors
6. Building – MEP / Design & Drafting (0 to 3 Years)
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Prepare coordinated MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
- Design HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts
7. S&T Draftsman (0 to 3 Years)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Prepare signalling & telecom system drawings
- Draft wiring diagrams and installation layouts
