As part of our ongoing expansion, Bureau Veritas is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an upcoming Railways project in Indore. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact infrastructure project and be part of a team that sets industry benchmarks for quality and efficiency. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about project management and have a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Available Positions:
1. Team Leader cum Project Manager
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the construction industry, with expertise in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) work for public buildings.
- Role: Oversee the entire project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Lead Designer – Civil
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in design, specifically related to structure execution, preferably near running tracks.
- Role: Lead the design efforts, ensuring that all structural designs meet project specifications and safety requirements.
3. Project Architect (Planner)
- Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in planning and designing, with experience in PMC or execution of commercial structures.
- Role: Manage architectural planning and design, ensuring that the project aligns with client requirements and regulatory standards.
4. Manager / MEPF
- Qualification: BE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in MEPF services for public buildings.
- Role: Manage MEPF services, ensuring efficient and compliant design and implementation.
5. Contract Expert
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the construction industry, with a strong background in contracts and General Conditions of Contract (GCC).
- Role: Handle contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
6. Resident Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.
- Role: Oversee on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
7. Resident Engineer – Electrical
- Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.
- Role: Supervise electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that installations meet safety and design standards.
8. Accounts Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in infrastructure project execution.
- Role: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
9. S&T Engineer
- Qualification: BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in infrastructure project execution.
- Role: Oversee signal and telecommunications engineering, ensuring that systems are implemented effectively and meet project requirements.
Location: Indore
Salary: Competitive, as per PMC industry standards.
