• Experience in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Fire systems preferred
2. Contracts Manager
• Handling contracts, commercial coordination, and compliance
• Experience in construction or facilities management projects required
3. FM Engineer
• Facilities management operations and maintenance
• Technical background in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil preferred
4. Cost Estimator
• Cost estimation, BOQs, and budgeting
• Experience in MEP / Civil / Fire works preferred
5. Engineers
• Disciplines: Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Fire Fighting
• Execution, maintenance, and technical coordination roles
6. Supervisors
• Site supervision and workforce coordination
• Experience in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Fire works
7. Admin Coordinators
• Administrative support and site coordination
• Good communication and documentation skills required
8. Document Controllers
• Handling project documents, drawings, and records
• Experience in document control systems preferred
9. HSE Officers
• Health, Safety & Environment compliance
• Knowledge of safety standards and site safety practices
10. CAFM Operators
• Operation of CAFM systems
• Experience in facilities management software preferred
11. Storekeepers
• Material receipt, issue, and inventory management
• Experience in construction / FM stores preferred
12. BMS Operators
• Building Management System operations
• Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, and automation preferred
13. Skilled Technicians
• Trades: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting
• Hands-on technical and maintenance experience required
