- Qualification: DCE / B.E. Civil
- Experience: DCE: 15–18 Years OR B.E. Civil: 10–15 Years
- Requirements: Experience in Building Construction OR Independently handled construction sites
2. Senior Engineer (Projects)
- Qualification: DCE / B.E. Civil
- Experience: DCE: 10–12 Years OR B.E. Civil: 8–10 Years
- Requirements: Building construction experience OR Independently handled project execution
3. Billing Engineer (QS – Billing)
- Qualification: DCE / B.E. Civil
- Experience: DCE: 10–12 Years OR B.E. Civil: 8–10 Years
- Requirements: Quantity Surveying & Billing for construction projects OR Govt./PWD billing experience preferred
4. Purchase Officer
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5–6 Years

5. Surveyor
- Qualification: Diploma in Surveying
- Requirements: Total Station operating experience OR Exposure to construction projects
