Dilip Buildcon Limited – Wins ₹1,850 Crore Transmission Project in Karnataka
Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a major Power Transmission Project in Karnataka from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) acting on behalf of the Government of Karnataka.

Approx. ₹1,850 Crore (EPC value, excluding GST)
Project Timeline:
Construction and commissioning to be completed within 24 months from the effective date.
Under this project, Dilip Buildcon Limited will acquire 100% equity shares of the project SPV and act as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP).
This order further strengthens DBL’s position in the power transmission infrastructure sector and expands its portfolio beyond highways and civil EPC projects.
