1. Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Civil)
- No. of Positions: 2
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
- Experience Required: 10–20 years
Key Skills:
- Experience with Railway, Metro, and Civil Infrastructure Tenders (EPC, BOQ, PPP)
- Civil Cost & Quantity Estimation
- Rate Analysis
- Preparation and Presentation of Technical & Commercial Proposals
Exposure to projects such as:
- Railways (Composite/Track Work)
- Tunnel (NATM/TBM)
- Cavern
- Elevated Viaducts
- Major/Special Bridges
- Station Buildings (Underground & Overground)
2. Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Tendering & Estimation (Civil)
- No. of Positions: 3
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
- Experience Required: 5–15 years
Key Skills:
- Similar to DGM/AGM profile above
- Strong knowledge in BOQ, EPC, PPP projects
- Civil Quantity Estimation and Rate Analysis
- Proposal Documentation and Submission
3. Assistant Manager – Surveyor (Civil)
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech (Civil)
- Experience Required: 5–15 years
Key Skills:
- Quantity Estimation
- Site Surveying
- Building Estimation, Track Work, and Bridge Projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and Primavera
