- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Requirement: Expertise in planning & scheduling and knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
2. Civil Engineer (Job Code: CE)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Requirement: Experience in institutional / commercial / hospital projects
3. QA/QC Engineer (Job Code: QAQC)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Requirement: Knowledge of QA/QC, IS standards & compliance
4. Manager – Quantity Survey (Job Code: QS)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Requirement: Costing, estimation & contract management experience
5. Engineer – MEP (Job Code: MEP)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Requirement: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & medical gas systems
