- Qualification: MBA / PGDBM in HR (Full Time)
- Experience: 9–12 years of recruitment experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction Projects, including Highways / Metros / Railways / Bridges / Urban Infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for multiple EPC infrastructure projects
- Drive bulk hiring and critical position hiring for Project Sites and Corporate Office
- Partner with senior project leadership on manpower strategy
EPC Infrastructure Hiring Exposure
- Recruit for Metro Rail Projects, Highway Projects (EPC / HAM / BOT), Railways, Bridges, and Tunnels
- Understand project-specific skill requirements, client approvals, and deployment norms
