GR Infraprojects Ltd, one of India’s leading infrastructure development companies, is inviting applications from experienced professionals for a key position in the Transportation Infrastructure Division at our Corporate Office, Gurugram.
Position: Dy. Manager – Planning & Monitoring (Project Control)
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / M.Tech – CPM / PGP – ACM
- Experience: 8 – 10 years
- Division: Transportation Infrastructure
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Controls Lead in managing project schedules, contract administration, and resource tracking for Roads, Railways, and Metro projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules from pre-construction to completion.
- Ensure accurate budget monitoring, reporting, and project alignment with approved schedules and budgets.
- Define baseline schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to the Lead.
- Collaborate with Project Heads and Operations Head to forecast and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Perform variance analysis and adjust forecasts based on project performance.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective measures for budget compliance.
- Prepare real-time dashboards reflecting cost, time, and quality indicators.
- Track and evaluate change requests and assess their impact on schedules and budgets.
- Support implementation of risk management frameworks and monitor risk factors regularly.
