1. Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – BD & Tendering
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Electrical
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive market intelligence, lead generation, and target profitable opportunities.
- Scout for tenders, analyze market trends, and engage with key stakeholders to build a robust project pipeline.
- Support sourcing strategic partnerships and JVs; strengthen client relationships.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare data-driven recommendations for senior management.
- Drive client engagement through proposals, outreach, and participation in industry forums.
- Track and update pipeline status aligned with market trends and business vision.
- Filter tenders, prioritize opportunities, and prepare costings, cashflows, and competitive bids.
2. Senior Manager / Manager – Design
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Electrical
- Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed design of ground-mounted utility-scale solar PV systems (DC & AC side).
- Conduct solar resource assessment, energy yield estimation, and system simulation using PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools.
- Prepare and validate single line diagrams (SLDs), string sizing, shadow analysis, and BOQs.
- Design interconnection with grid (HT/LT), grounding, and protection systems.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and SCADA teams to integrate design components.
- Support project execution teams with design clarifications and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with national/international standards (IEC, IEEE, MNRE, CEA norms).
- Review and approve vendor GA drawings, datasheets, and engineering calculations.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate design approvals with internal departments, consultants, and clients.
Technical Skills Required:
- PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and electrical design software
- Strong understanding of solar PV components, grid integration, and utility requirements
- Familiarity with IS/IEC/IEEE/NBC/MNRE/CEA codes
