We Are Hiring – Highway Supervisor
Project Location: Jharkhand (PKG-13)
Project Type: Road, Bridge & Highway Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of highway construction activities
- Monitoring and supervision of dumping works such as WMM and GSB
- Control and coordination of machinery deployed at site
- Supervision and management of labour deployment
- Execution and monitoring of earthwork including loading and unloading activities
- Subgrade level checking, alignment verification, and compaction control
- Ensuring work is carried out as per quality standards and safety norms
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Equivalent in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in highway or road projects
- Practical knowledge of WMM, GSB, earthwork, and subgrade works
- Ability to manage manpower and machinery effectively
- Familiarity with site safety procedures and quality requirements
