Position Details
Job Title: Jr. Executive – Store
Project Location: Jharkhand (PKG-13)
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate / Diploma
(Store Management / Material Management preferred) - Basic knowledge of store operations & documentation
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel is an advantage
- Good coordination and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/manual system entries
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety of materials
- Issue materials against approved indents and requisitions
- Support physical stock verification and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and accounts for documentation
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the store area
- Follow company policies, safety norms, and audit requirements
