Open Positions:
1. Planning Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil); Post-graduation from NICMAR preferred
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years
- Skills: Experience in High Rise Buildings, preferably on an EPC basis. Proficiency in Primavera/MSP is a must.
2. Commercial Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil); Post-graduation from NICMAR preferred
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Experience in High Rise Building on an EPC basis.
3. Cost Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil); Post-graduation from NICMAR preferred
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Expertise in cost evaluation/tracking of project costs for buildings; knowledge of the latest building architectural items.
4. Execution Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Experience in the construction of High Rise Buildings with deep basements and Modular Form work.
5. Execution Engineer – Mechanical
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Experience in Building HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Systems.
6. Execution Engineer – Electrical
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical)
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Experience in Internal and Electrical works of High Rise Residential and Commercial Building Projects.
7. Finishing Engineers
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Skills: Experience in Building architectural Finishing & Facade works.
8. Finishing Supervisor
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 15 Years
- Skills: Experience in Building architectural Finishing & Facade works.
9. MEP Procurement
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years
- Skills: Experience in Procurement of MEP items for Building Projects.
10. MEP – QS Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical)
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years
- Skills: Experience in MEP Building.
11. Inventory – MEP (Stores Controller)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 10 to 12 Years
- Skills: Experience in MEP Inventory/Stores as Incharge.
