2. Sr. Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 10–12 years
- Skills: Estimating, Budgeting, Layout, Quantity Survey, MIVAN mandatory
3. Jr. Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 2+ years
- Skills: Drawing study, billing
4. RCC / Finishing Supervisor
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5+ years in residential finishing works
