Project: Redevelopment of Bilaspur Railway Station
Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Jhajharia Nirman Limited is currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team for the redevelopment of Bilaspur Railway Station. This project involves major commercial and residential building work, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Drainage, Firefighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems, and more. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in these areas to ensure the successful execution of this high-profile project.
1. Senior Manager (Project) – 1 Position
- Salary Range: 24 LPA – 48 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in major building/airport/commercial development projects.
- Role: Oversee the entire project, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Managers – Various Positions
- Salary Range: 12 LPA – 24 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in respective fields with experience in major building projects.
- Available Positions:
- Civil (Commercial Building) – 2 Positions
- Mechanical (HVAC & Fire Safety) – 1 Position
- Electrical – 1 Position
- Plumbing & Sanitary System – 1 Position
- Logistics & Safety – 1 Position
- Quality – 1 Position

- Experience: Expert in letter drafting with a background in civil projects, proficient in managing correspondence and recordkeeping for all relevant project documents. Exceptional proficiency in English is a must.
- Role: Manage all documentation, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and communication.
4. Deputy Managers/Senior Engineers/Engineers – Various Positions
- Salary Range: 4 LPA – 12 LPA
- Experience:
- Deputy Managers: Minimum 7 years
- Senior Engineers: Minimum 5 years
- Engineers: Minimum 3 years
