4. Purchase Manager
- Openings: 1
- Qualification: B.E. Civil
- Experience: 5–10 years
5. Electrician
- Openings: 1
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 5–10 years
6. Land Surveyor

- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 5–10 years
Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience in luxury residential construction projects
- Preferable experience in villas, bungalows, apartments, and plotted developments
- Candidates with township project experience will be given preference
