| Sr. Engineer | BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering | Minimum 8 years in high-rise building construction |
| Jr. Engineer | BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering | Minimum 2 years in high-rise building construction |
| Safety Engineer | BE/B.Tech | 2-3 years as a Safety Engineer in real estate/construction |
| Site Supervisor | – | Minimum 3 years of experience in RCC, Masonry, & Plaster Work |
| Estate Supervisor cum Manager | – | 5-7 years of experience in supervision and management of property and staff |
| Storekeeper | – | Minimum 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper |
