Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience Required: 3 to 15 years
- Relevant Industry: High-Rise Building Construction
- Preferences: Female candidates encouraged to apply OR Immediate joiners preferred
Key Role Responsibilities
- Execution: Manage site-level Mivan shuttering and concrete works. Ensure timely execution and team coordination.
- Finishing: Supervise plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, false ceiling, and all interior finishing works.
- Rebar: Experience with rebar cutting, bending, placing, bar scheduling, and drawing coordination.
- Billing: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and client billing procedures.
- Planning: Use MS Project / Primavera for scheduling and monitoring project progress.
- QA/QC: Apply quality assurance and control processes, inspections, test plans, and adherence to standards.
- EHS: Knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and ADIS/PDIS certification from SBTET is mandatory.
- Formwork: Hands-on with modular, monolithic, and system formwork methods.
- Commercial & Stores: Strong background in contract administration, storekeeping, inventory, and material control.
