- Experience Range: 3–15 Years
- Levels: Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer / Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full Time)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Execution: Managing construction activities, ensuring timely progress, coordination, and quality compliance.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for effective project timelines and monitoring.
- MEP: Experience in managing and coordinating HVAC, power distribution, lighting, plumbing, and building systems to ensure safe and compliant construction.
- Billing & Cost Management: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, client billing procedures, and site commercial activities.
- Formwork: Technical expertise in system, modular, and monolithic formwork.
- QA/QC: Preparation of quality assurance plans and adherence to quality standards and inspection protocols.
- EHS: Understanding of safety protocols, risk assessments, and compliance with safety regulations. Relevant safety certifications preferred.
- Commercial (Accounts): Financial planning, budgeting, auditing, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
- Candidates from reputed contracting companies will be preferred.
