1. Inter CA (Accounts & MIS – Financial Reporting Focus)
- Qualification: CA Intermediate – Cleared either Group I or both Groups
- Location: HO, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience: 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Assist in preparation and review of Ind AS-compliant Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated)
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities including provisions, accruals, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and internal controls
MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS as per management requirements
- Support management with financial models for decision-making, project evaluation, and budgeting
Project & Management Accounting
- Track project revenues, costs, and margins in line with Ind AS for Revenue Recognition
- Collaborate with project teams for accurate project costing and reporting
Financial Controls & Audit Support
- Ensure robust internal financial controls (ICFR)
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing reconciliations
2. Inter CA – Audit, Taxation & Compliance
- Qualification: CA Intermediate – Cleared either Group I or both Groups
- Location: HO, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Experience: 3 Years (including Articleship)
Key Responsibilities:
Audit & Assurance
- Conduct in-depth scrutiny of books of accounts and ensure strict adherence to SOPs
- Review project-wise books of accounts and finalize monthly reports
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes for main and group entities
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations
- Review financial records for compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act
Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Support in income tax computation, advance tax, and filing returns
- Handle TDS compliance, resolve notices/queries from authorities, and file corrections/submissions
- Support GST compliance, if required
Risk & Control Framework
- Support implementation of robust internal control systems in line with ICFR requirements
- Ensure adherence to SOPs across the company
