Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Document Verification: Verify candidates’ documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiation: Handle salary and job offer negotiations with selected candidates.
Preferred Experience: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
