1. Planning Engineers/Managers (ID-887684)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Responsibilities: Construction planning, scheduling, billing, quantity survey, proficient in project planning tools like Primavera/MS Project, strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

2. Civil/Rebar/Structural Steel Engineers/Managers (ID-887522)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Responsibilities: Manage construction activities, oversee concreting and reinforcement, handle fabrication and erection of steel structures, ensure compliance with safety regulations, prepare bar bending schedules, supervise rebar cutting and bending, manage material requirements.

3. Precast Foreman/Engineers/Managers (ID-721550)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering, ITI
• Responsibilities: Develop production schedules, oversee moulding and de-moulding of precast components, conduct quality control inspections.

4. Formwork Foreman/Engineers/Managers (ID-887640)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering, ITI
• Responsibilities: Utilize advanced formwork systems for building structures, ensuring precision and safety.

5. Finishes Engineers/Managers (ID-582816)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Responsibilities: Supervise related trades and services, activity sequencing, and handing over works, conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols.

6. MEP Engineers/Managers (ID-887628)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute MEP works on site, according to planned schedules.

7. Safety (EHS) Engineers/Managers (ID-887622)

• Education: Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a Diploma in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH IGC
• Responsibilities: Implement EHS management systems, ensure safety compliance on large-scale building and factory construction projects.

• Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality plans, inspect incoming materials, conduct internal audits.

• Responsibilities: Involved in day-to-day accounts/stores functions, interact with internal and statutory auditors, review compliance on service tax/VAT payments, coordinate on indirect tax and statutory compliance.

11. Industrial Relations Professionals (ID-887649)

• Education: Full-time Graduate/Postgraduate in IR functions or PM & IR/Law from a reputed institute/university
• Responsibilities: Handle IR functions, statutory compliances, liaise with local bodies, ensure smooth project operations.

12. WMC (Workmen) / HR Workmen Supervisors/Executives (ID-887684)

• Education: Any Graduate/MBA in IR
• Responsibilities: Experience in workmen mobilization in the construction industry, capacity to mobilize more than 10K workmen through subcontractors for CSR & BP work.
