Location: Surat and Vadodara
Current Openings
We are hiring Mechanical and Civil Engineering professionals with design experience in power plants for the following roles:
1. Auxiliary Engineer
- Design boiler auxiliaries (fans, soot blowers, ESP, SCAPH, hoists, etc.) for supercritical boiler projects.
2. Fuel Firing Engineer
- Understand P&IDs and combustion systems (burners, pulverisers, fuel oil systems).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and SPR/SP3D is required.
3. Layout Engineer
- Interpret tender specs and develop detailed layouts.
- Conduct model reviews and coordinate interdisciplinary clash resolutions.
- Provide civil input for rotary/static equipment based on OEM requirements.
4. Piping Engineer
- Piping design experience in industrial/oil & gas/infrastructure sectors.
- Skilled in OpenPlant, AutoPIPE, AutoCAD, stress analysis, isometric drawings.
5. Structural Design Engineer
- Design structures such as platforms, galleries, and equipment supports.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and structural design codes (IS/AS/EN) is mandatory.
6. Tekla Modeler cum Coordinator
- Create 3D structural models using Tekla.
- Prepare GA and fabrication drawings, coordinate integration with project teams.
7. Engineer – Turbine Design (Rotor & Blades)
- Develop 3D/2D drawings for rotor and blade components.
- Ensure GD&T compliance and prepare BoMs and purchase specs.
8. Generator Auxiliary Systems Design Engineer
- Calculate sizing and pressure drops for generator auxiliary systems.
- Prepare vendor specifications, P&IDs, system descriptions, and BoMs.
9. Engineer – Turbine Design (Stationary Components)
- Design and analyze casings, pedestals, crossover pipes for steam turbines.
- Conduct structural analysis, prepare models, drawings, and purchase specs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Work Experience: 4 to 10 Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil (only for Structural)
Note:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- Candidates from Manufacturing, Commissioning, Erection, Installation, or Execution backgrounds are not eligible for these design roles.
