Open Positions & Requirements
1. Project Management
- Qualification: BE/BTech (Mechanical/Production) with 3–7 years of experience OR Diploma (Mechanical/Production) with 5–9 years of experience
Key Skills:
- Experience in project plans, WBS & schedules
- Knowledge of QA, test plans, and relevant codes
- Component reviews, production planning & automation
- Client coordination, risk review, subcontracting follow-up
2. Planning
- Qualification: BE/BTech (Mechanical/Production) with 2–6 years of experience OR Diploma (Mechanical/Production) with 5–9 years of experience
Key Skills:
- Scheduling & planning for Urea/Heat Exchanger equipment
- Familiarity with ASME, API, IBR, EN codes
- Proficiency in estimation, drawing review, and process optimization
3. Quality Inspection – NDT Level 2
- Qualification: BE/BTech (Mechanical/Production/Fabrication) with 2–5 years of experience OR Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Fabrication) with 5–9 years of experience
- Certifications Required: NDE Level II in PT/MT/RT/UT (SNT-TC-1A, ISNT, ISO 9712/PCN)
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in NDT, TOFD/PAUT preferred
- Familiarity with ASME/AWS/API codes
- Capable of coordinating with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors
4. Manufacturing Shops
- Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Fabrication) with 2–9 years of experience
Key Skills:
- Experience in Pressure Vessel manufacturing
- Knowledge of ASME codes
- Hands-on with WPS, PQR, WPQ (ASME Sec-5)
- Ability to manage shop floor operations across 3 shifts
Job Location: Hazira, Surat (Gujarat)
General Requirements
- First-class academic background
- Relevant experience in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers
- Familiarity with ASME codes
- Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 standards
