- Piping Engineer (0725PDE)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical)
Experience: 6 to 15 years
Experience Required:
- Revamp/Brownfield projects in Refineries, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas
- Good understanding of P&ID, piping materials, fabrication methods
- MR/TBE preparation, knowledge of ASME B31.3, API, ASTM/ASME/IS codes
- Software: SP3D, PDMS, Caesar-II
- Review of layout, isometrics, nozzle orientation, load data, MTO
- Pipe thickness calculation, pre-bid piping quantity estimation
- Field verification for tie-ins and support erection execution teams
- Process Engineer (0725PRSE)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical)
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Experience Required:
- Process Engineering for Revamp/Brownfield projects
- Activities: PFDs, P&IDs, Datasheets, System Hydraulics, Simulation, Energy/Material Balances
- Software: PRO II, Aspen Hysys, Flare Net
- Calculations: Equipment, PSV, Instrument sizing
