Open Positions
1. Production Incharge
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Strong knowledge of heavy & structural fabrication works, radial/vertical gates, penstocks, rope drum hoists, material handling equipment, and MS pipe specials (Y-branches, bends, tees, etc.)
- Familiar with various welding processes.
2. Maintenance Incharge
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Experience with utilities like chillers, air compressors, pumps, cooling towers, and DG sets.
- Maintenance of conveyors, EOT/Gantry cranes, hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, and welding machines (SAW, MIG, ARC).
3. Shift Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Experience in HDPE/MDPE/PVC pipeline manufacturing.
- Coordinate with operators for process adjustments and ensure product quality.
- Handle emergencies and maintain smooth plant operations.
4. Line Operators – HDPE
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8–10 Years (EPPL)
- Job Role:
- Operate extrusion, blow molding, pelletizing, or pipe production lines.
- Maintain optimal production quality and minimize downtime.
5. QC Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Conduct inward and in-process inspections.
- Prepare and obtain approval for QAPs, coordinate with clients for inspections and material clearances.
6. Mechanical Maintenance Technician
- Qualification: ITI – Fitter
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Perform preventive maintenance of HDPE extrusion and compounding units.
- Replace worn-out parts and service mechanical systems.
7. Electrical Maintenance Technician
- Qualification: ITI – Electrical
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Job Role:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, and motors.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
8. CNC Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 12–15 Years
- Job Role:
- Hands-on experience in CNC operation and maintenance.
