Position: Project Manager – Airport Terminal Construction Project
- Location: Shirdi, Maharashtra
- Qualification: M.Tech/B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in construction project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of the construction project.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues or delays.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and documentation.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and billing.
