Project: Development of “Statue of Oneness, Acharya Shankar Museum & Acharya Shankar International Institute of Advaita Vedanta”
Location: Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh
KEY PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
1. Civil / Structural Expert
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 7 Years of experience. 2. Involved in the supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 125 Crore.
2. MEPF Expert
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 10 Years of experience. 2. Involved in Supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 125 Cr
3. Quality Control Engineer / Manager
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 10 Years of experience. 2. Involved in Supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 150 Cr.
4. Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor – BIM Enabled)
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 10 Years of experience. 2. Involved in Supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 125 Cr. in BIM environment
5. HSE Expert
- Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in HSE
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 7 Years of experience.
6. Planning Manager
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 7 Years of experience. 2. Involved in Supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 50 Cr in BIM environment.
7. Field Engineer – MEP
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 5 Years of experience. 2. Involved in Supervision of at least one similar project, such as a museum, art gallery, exhibition centre, airport, or high-rise building (with a minimum height of 180 feet), with a minimum project cost of INR 25 Cr.
8. Resident Architect
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 5 Years of experience. 2. Design expert supervision of museum/ heritage buildings/conventional centre/ international airport/ religious tourism importance project.
9. Contract Manager
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience: 1. Should have minimum working Experience of 10 Years of experience. 2. Contract document preparation of at least 3 projects each of them costing not less than 100 Cr using FIDIC conditions.
