1. Quality Control Manager
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Requirements: Supervision experience in at least one infrastructure project costing ₹150 Cr or more
2. Contract Manager
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil), LLB Degree desirable
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Requirements: Contract documentation for at least three projects, each costing ₹100 Cr or more, preferably using FIDIC conditions
3. Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor – BIM Enabled)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Requirements: Supervision experience in at least one infrastructure project costing ₹125 Cr in a BIM environment
4. Field Engineer (MEP)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Requirements: Supervision experience in at least one infrastructure project costing ₹25 Cr
5. Resident Architect
- Qualification: B. Arch
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Requirements: Experience in design or supervision of buildings, conventional museums, heritage centers, international airports, or religious tourism-related projects
