1. Executive Contracts/Quantity Surveyors
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Responsibilities:
- Post-tender quantity surveying
- Billing and variation claims
- Managing commercial terms and conditions for large integrated construction projects
- Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
- Proficiency in handling contracts and related documentation
2. Executive Planning/Planning Engineers
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Responsibilities:
- Resource planning for construction projects
- Preparation and monitoring of project budgets
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Skills:
- Expertise in MS Project, Primavera
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities
