• Experience: 14-18 years in Construction and Mivan Technology
• Skills: People management, team leadership, and construction activity handling

2. Sr. Project Engineers / Project Engineers / Site Engineers & BBS Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 7-16 years
• Skills: Communication, execution planning, and team coordination

3. Executive Contracts/Quantity Surveyors

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-10 years in post/pre-tender, quantity surveying, billing, and variation claims
• Skills: Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions

4. Executive Planning/Planning Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6-10 years in resource planning
• Skills: MS Project, Primavera, Budget Monitoring, MIS reports

5. Executive Quality/Quality Engineers

• Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Skills: IMS standards, project quality plans, inspection, and test plans

• Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Safety
