Job Details:
- Job Opening: Deputy Manager HR (Project Coordination)
- Location: Gandhinagar (Head Office)

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Performance management.
- Site coordination.
- MIS reporting.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordination of training and development programs.
- Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes.
- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 6-12 years of experience in HR, preferably within the construction industry.
- Expertise in Excel and MIS.
- Experience with 2-3 projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
