Vacancy 01
1. QA/QC Engineer
- Experience: 4 to 6 Years
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: Chakan, Talegaon Dabhade, Ramtekadi, Dandekar Bridge
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct site QC inspections daily for ongoing construction activities.
- Maintain site quality records, including approved mix design, cube register, MTC file, RFI status, calibration records, NCR records, etc.
- Monitor cube curing tanks and ensure regular cube casting and testing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC in a real estate company is required.

- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: Chakan, Talegaon Dabhade, Ramtekadi, Dandekar Bridge
Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute and plan residential & commercial building works.
- Supervise construction work safely, timely, and sustainably.
- Prepare and submit site documents like BBS, quantities.
- Achieve planning schedules through teamwork, planning, and management skills.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure timely reporting of site progress to the PM.
- Execute work as per GFC drawings and specifications.
- Maintain material specifications & BOQ items.
- Implement quality control & assurance procedures.
- Candidates must have experience in residential & commercial buildings.
