1. Senior Manager – Bridge Management
- Posts: 1
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in QA/QC, bridge repair, rehabilitation, and structural maintenance projects
Key Skills:
- Bridge monitoring and asset management using Bridge Management Systems (BMS)
- Supervising construction quality, material testing, and inspection reporting
- Leading and managing supervisors and support staff
2. Manager – Construction cum Quality
- Posts: 1
- Location: Project Site
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12–15 years in QA/QC for construction projects
Key Skills:
- Structural repair, rehabilitation, and bridge/flyover construction
- Quality audits, site inspections, MoRTH & IRC compliance
- Leading engineers and site QA/QC teams
3. Deputy Manager – Construction cum Quality
- Posts: 1
- Location: Project Site
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 years in QA/QC, focusing on construction quality and structural rehabilitation
Key Skills:
- Supervision of QA/QC activities, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Coordination with consultants and contractors for technical and quality issues
4. Engineer – Construction cum Quality
- Posts: 1
- Location: Project Site
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6–8 years in QA/QC for bridges, flyovers, or similar civil structures
Key Skills:
- Inspection and quality control of materials, methods, and construction practices
- Preparation and review of method statements, quality plans, and ITPs
- Willingness to work at any location across India
5. Lab Engineer
- Posts: 2
- Location: Project Site
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 years in highway construction material testing
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of bituminous materials and mix
- Familiarity with MORTH, IRC, IS standards
- Data analysis, lab equipment handling, and MS Office proficiency
6. Electrical Engineer
- Posts: 16
- Location: Project Site
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (3+ years) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (5+ years)
Experience & Skills:
- Installation and maintenance of streetlight poles, high mast poles, transformers, utility shifting
- Preference for NHAI or State Highway project experience
- Knowledge of statutory compliance for electrical works in infrastructure projects
