Position Details
- Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Civil Execution)
- Experience Required: 20–30 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / DCE
- Location: Assam
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 10+ years experience in executing Hospital Projects as In-Charge
- Overall responsibility for project execution
- Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits
- Keeping clients updated on progress and addressing issues
- Enforcing site safety rules and statutory safety norms
- Ensuring construction work meets quality standards and specifications
- Managing and leading project teams to meet objectives
- Managing resources including construction materials, labor, and equipment
