1. Site Engineer / Supervisor – Dam & Road Projects
- Experience:
- 3 to 10 years of similar experience
- Qualification:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
- Responsible for execution, supervision, and coordination of site activities
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution and supervision of Dam and Road project activities
- Manage site operations including earthwork, embankment, concreting, and pavement works
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams
- Monitor daily progress and prepare DPR / MPR reports
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Implement and maintain safety standards at site
- Handle measurement, billing support, and quantity estimation
- Resolve technical issues at site and provide engineering solutions
2. Manager – Roads / Highways
- Experience: 12 to 18 years in Road / Highway Projects
- Qualification:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
- Responsible for execution and costing of highway / road projects
- Ensure timely completion with quality and safety compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise highway / road construction projects end-to-end
- Experience in mid-scale highway projects (NHAI / State Highways preferred)
- Oversee earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC layers and related structures
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and monitor cost control
- Conduct rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost optimization
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Plan and manage manpower, machinery, and materials
- Review contractor bills and manage project cash flow
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
