NCC Limited is inviting applications from experienced professionals for its BMRCL and K-Ride metro / railway projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

With more than four decades of infrastructure excellence, the company is looking for skilled candidates in execution, planning, billing, contracts, MEP, QA/QC, safety, stores, and project coordination roles. Candidates with experience in metro or railway construction projects will be preferred.

Open Positions

1. QS, Billing & Planning – JE / AE / SE / AM / DM

• Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil
• Experience: 3 – 12 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Metro / Railway Projects
• AM & DM positions must be capable of handling individual projects as a lead role

2. Execution / Projects – JE / AE / SE / DPM / Manager

• Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil
• Experience: 3 – 15 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Metro / Railway Projects
• Required knowledge in Pile Caps, Piers, Portal Beams, Deck Slabs, Elevated Stations, and Road Restoration Works

3. Contracts – AM / DM

• Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil
• Experience: 5 – 10 Years
• Mandatory Experience: 3 Years in Metro / Railway Projects
• Knowledge in FIDIC contracts, claims management, dispute resolution, arbitration, pre-contract and post-contract activities

4. Erection & Launching – Foremen / Supervisors / JE / AE / SE

• Qualification: Degree / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical
• Experience: 5 – 9 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Metro / Railway Projects

5. MEP – JE / AE / DPM

• Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
• Experience: 5 – 15 Years
• Mandatory Experience: 3 – 7 Years in Metro / Railway Projects

6. QA / QC – Lab Technician / JE / AE

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil
• Experience: 3 – 7 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Metro / Railway Projects

7. Stores – Senior Assistants / Officers

• Qualification: Relevant Degree
• Experience: 2 – 7 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Metro / Railway Projects

8. Resource Mobilization – Senior Assistants / Officers

• Qualification: Relevant Degree
• Experience: 5 – 10 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 Years

9. Safety (HSE) – Assistants / Senior Assistants / Officers

• Qualification: Relevant Degree + Diploma in Fire & Safety
• Experience: 5 – 10 Years
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drawings & BOQ: Understand drawings, prepare quantities and BOQ, coordinate with civil teams
• Materials Management: Arrange materials, maintain stock register, track inventory
• Project Coordination: Work with project managers for manpower and material planning
• Billing: Verify subcontractor bills and maintain measurement sheets (JMR)
• Documentation: Maintain RFIs, site logbooks, design change records, and variation documentation
• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures in metro / railway structures

• Candidates must have experience in Metro / Railway infrastructure projects
• Notice period should be within 30 days
