- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering with an MBA
- Role: Oversee project operations, manage financial planning, and ensure project objectives are met effectively.
2. Contract Management Expert
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Role: Handle contract negotiations, oversee compliance, and manage project agreements.
3. Senior Design & Review Expert
- Qualifications: Postgraduate and Undergraduate in Civil Engineering
- Role: Lead the design and review process, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
4. Sector Expert – Civil
- Qualifications: Undergraduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Role: Provide specialized knowledge in civil engineering aspects of the project.
5. Sector Expert – Electrical
- Qualifications: Undergraduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Role: Manage and oversee the electrical components of the project.
6. Sector Expert – S&T (Signaling and Telecommunication)
- Qualifications: Undergraduate/Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
- Role: Focus on signaling and telecommunication infrastructure.
