Current Openings at Corporate Office:
1. VP/AVP/GM/Project Coordinator
- Qualifications: BE (Civil) / DCE
- Experience: 15+ years in planning and executing highway projects, with expertise in contract administration, project monitoring, team leadership, and coordination with clients, engineers, consultants, and authorities.
2. VP/AVP/GM – Contracts
- Qualifications: BE (Civil) / DCE (Civil)
- Experience: 10+ years in handling all techno-contractual matters of infrastructure projects, especially highways; well-versed in NHAI, MORTH, FIDIC, EPC, and PPP contracts with excellent drafting skills.
3. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager – Accounts/Audit/Finance
- Qualifications: CA (Inter) with 10-20 years or CA (Final) with 7-20 years
- Experience: Expertise in project accounting, preparation, and finalization of balance sheets, MIS reports, preferably in the infrastructure/construction sector. SAP experience preferred.
4. AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Senior Manager – Designs
- Qualifications: BE (Civil) with a Postgraduate degree in Structures/GT/Transportation Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years in the design and detailed engineering of highways, pavements, bridges, and other structures, including coordination with clients, authorities, and consultants.
5. AVP/GM – Purchase
- Qualifications: BE (Mechanical) / MBA
- Experience: 10-25 years in procurement, market analysis, techno-commercial evaluations, lifecycle cost analysis, financial negotiations, and vendor development. SAP experience required.
6. AVP/GM – HR
- Qualifications: MBA/MSW from a reputed institute
- Experience: 10-25 years in the construction industry, handling all HR and ER functions, including policy formulation, KRA, KPI, PMS, salary negotiations, statutory compliance, legal matters, organizational development, succession planning, learning, and development.
7. GM/DGM – Insurance
- Qualifications: Postgraduate
- Experience: 15+ years in insurance within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction sectors, including procurement, claims management, negotiations, and SAP proficiency.
8. GM/DGM/Manager – Store
- Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Material Management
- Experience: 15+ years in store inventory management using SAP MM & PM Modules. Experience in the infrastructure sector preferred.
